For more complex or involved repairs we have our own fully equipped repair and maintenance facility, and our engineers are fully accredited by the manufacturers we supply.
All our second-hand stairlifts are fully refurbished in-house, we do not outsource any repair or overhaul work.

All our stairlifts come with a comprehensive warranty, 3 years on new stairlifts and 12 months on reconditioned. For added peace of mind you can choose to extend this with our extended warranty package, please contact us for further information.
